DELIVERY

Where specified, crafts represented through I am of Ireland will be made to order so please allow between two and six weeks for delivery depending on the item. In all other cases the crafts are available for immediate delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY TO IRELAND

This costs €14.50 for orders over 1.5 kg and for anything less the parcel will be sent standard delivery with An Post. Once dispatched please allow 3 to 5 working days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

On the website we offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. If you don't find your country on the drop down menu provided please contact customer service and we will sort things out for you. For your convenience we have provided a calculation facility in your shopping bag - simply select the country destination for your order and we will calculate the shipping. Please note that local import duty may be payable on receipt.

UK SHIPPING CHARGE

Standard delivery to the U.K is €29 for packages up to 1.5 kgs.

EU SHIPPING CHARGE

EU shipping charge Zone 1 is €22 for everything up to 1.5 kgs and parcels, with weights exceeding this, to be sent via DHL.

RETURNS

Please return mail order purchases within 14 days to Ballycrompane, Youghal, County Cork and we will refund you on receipt of item.
