Iona trained at the highly regarded DCCOI Ceramics Skills Course in Thomastown, Kilkenny, in 2018, under the expert tuition of the master potters. Here she developed her skill and own personal style, which is now in several restaurants in Ireland to include the Cliff House Hotel, Ardmore.
