Iona trained at the prestigious DCCOI Ceramics Skills Course in Thomastown, Kilkenny, in 2018, under the expert tuition of master potters. She has since developed her skill and personal style, and has work in several Irish restaurants to include the Michelin star restaurant at the Cliff House Hotel, Ardmore.
